In our society, women typically get left behind and are unable to break free from habits that result in ill health. The stressful demands of everyday life paired with zoning out in front of the tv, poor diet, lack of exercise, etc. are a recipe for disaster. We want to give women support by providing them with resources needed to help find their own power and unleash it.

Clearly, we all need to overcome these “illnesses of modern culture” and get back to our natural state of wellbeing.  We all need to overcome our genetic inheritance; consuming too many calories, and living a lazy life. This behavior was necessary when our ancestors lived in the wild and didn't know when they would hunt their next meal. Nowadays, this is not the way we should be living. It does the opposite of what it was designed for. It doesn't help us to survive, it makes us sick, it leads to sooner deaths (through heart attacks, diabetes, etc.), and it makes us less happy.
