For many men, the lure of an younger woman or an old flame feels more exciting than the loyal wife who he has taken for granted. It has often been seen that young girls jump in to marriages just to secure their relationship and end up fatigued simply because they cannot handle the stress that comes with making a marriage work.

A broken marriage can leave a deep impression of failure in the mind of a partner thus leaving him or her in permanent doom. Not only the couple involved, but the children are also highly affected by this. It leaves a deep scar in their psyche when all of a sudden they don’t see their parents together anymore.

How to save your relationship

There are few changes that can actually help to resolve this problem.  Forgiveness is one such action that can refurbish the lost love in a relationship. Offense is bound to come but a forgiving nature of one of the partners can help the marriage survive.

Patience is the key. Losing temper and taking a decision in haste takes a couple nowhere. Lack of patience often lead to individuals giving up on their partners easily. One should remember marriage is not a sprint race and there are no quick fixers that can mend a broken marriage. One has to try to get back the love which has somehow got lost.

Above all trust is the most important thing that binds a couple. When a person loses trust, the marriage is definitely headed for failure.

Some couples simply find it extremely hard to trust their partners. They are comfortable seeing their spouse with friends of the other gender. Mistrust breeds jealousy, and jealousy can destroy a relationship before can even be aware of its malicious presence.

You must learn to trust your partner. You need to realize that a little change in behavior can save your marriage which otherwise seems difficult. The same people can fall in love all over again with these little sacrifices and changes.
